Marty Bozarth

Marty Bozarth is Baird & Warner’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, and is also a member of the firm's executive committee. Marty is responsible for accounting, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, as well as legal and tax matters across all of the company's business units and joint ventures. 

Marty first joined Baird & Warner in 2002. Prior to his current role, he served as CFO for a number of middle market companies in the consumer finance and professional services industries. Earlier in his career, Marty also worked for GE Capital and Ernst & Young. Leveraging his deep expertise and analytical acumen, he is known for spearheading growth initiatvies that minimize costs while maximizing financial opportunities. 

Marty received a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
